Finely textured, bleeding heart like foliage. Organically rich, well-drained soil. Long blooming shade perennial. Sulfur yellow flowers bloom May-Oct. 8-15" tall. A pleasing naturalizer, self-sows readily. Combines well with ferns, dwarf hostas, begonia grandis, forget-me-nots, pulmonaria, carex, and spring-flowering bulbs.
